Lessons from Hills
As I was biking some hills today, I was having to stand up to peddle at different points to push up the hill. I thought to myself that I only needed to bike up the part I could see and then I could figure out the next part when I got to it.
As I thought about that, I realized that I have used this advice a number of times in so many contexts over the years. Just take the challenges in bite sized pieces, and little by little, you can get there.
It's a small thing, but I was thinking about you with school coming up knowing that this might come in handy as homework will be piling up after a long break.
I'll be cheering for you as you push up those hills (and ready to bake up a sweet treat to celebrate some small victories along the way!)
