Baby Steps

This week, I was only able to run a few days, and when I did run, I was only running 10 sets of 10 strides each after a short warm up of speed walking.  While I would love to be able to run my regular Sunday morning routine with your mom this morning, I know that I have got to take this slow and steady. 


As you get back into the groove of being in school, seeing friends, and getting into a routine, I am hoping and praying that you are finding your stride (even if it seems to be taking small steps back to the way things used to be....)
